At Proximitii, we’re committed to continually improving the Local Insights platform. Our goal is to deliver the most accurate, easy-to-use, and insightful location-based reports to help you make smarter decisions—whether you’re buying, renting, investing, or guiding clients. We roll out regular updates based on user feedback, industry trends, and opportunities to enhance clarity, performance, and value. Below are the latest updates we’ve made to the platform.

March 2025

We added comprehensive crime reporting features to our reports. This includes both city-level crime statistics and hyperlocal crime data within a one-mile radius of the searched address. This dual-layer approach gives users a broader view of public safety and a more focused look at what’s happening right around the property.

April 2025

New demographic data was added to provide a more complete community snapshot. This update includes poverty levels, population density, languages spoken at home, and other valuable demographic insights—helping users understand the diversity, economic makeup, and character of each neighborhood.

May 2025

We launched our long-awaited Comparison Tool, which allows users to compare multiple addresses or searches side by side. The feature displays Proximitii Scores across all categories in a simple, organized layout, making it easier than ever to weigh different neighborhoods at a glance.

June 2025

We enhanced the visual experience by adding a city photo to each report and displaying a clear radius marker on the neighborhood map. This helps users quickly identify the geographic boundaries of the data being presented and improves overall context and trust.

July 2025

AI-driven Key Insights were introduced this month. Each report now includes a short narrative describing the neighborhood, along with personalized highlights based on the data—such as safety, schools, parks, walkability, and lifestyle strengths. These summaries make it easier for users to understand the area without having to interpret every data point manually.

August 2025

Reports now include Google Street View (where available), so you can see what an address or area looks like before you visit in person. From checking out the street your potential new home is on to getting a feel for the surrounding community, Street View brings the neighborhood to life—right inside your report.

September 2025

We’ve added a new section to the Housing category that highlights home appreciation rates and housing trends over the past three years. This helps to not just see where prices stand today, but also how values have shifted over time—giving both buyers and agents clearer insight into long-term neighborhood growth and investment potential.
